MEGAN EASTMAN, MOT, OTR/L
Feeding Program Supervisor/Occupational Therapist
After several years of planning, we are excited to join the community of professionals in the greater Seattle area who support children with complex mealtime needs. Megan heads up our Feeding Program, staffed by an interdisciplinary team of OT and SLP.
Megan has a passion for helping all children achieve their highest level of success and independence through engagement in meaningful and developmentally appropriate activities. Megan will continue working with infants, children, and adolescents with a variety of developmental challenges and diagnoses, including autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, fine and gross motor delay, feeding disorders, social-emotional challenges, and Down Syndrome. She regularly consults with school teams and offers services in the school setting. Megan has been an integral part of the Seattle Therapy team since 2012, participating in the training and supervision of therapists and students, and promoting our belief: Hope begins with feeling understood.
Megan received her Master of Occupational Therapy degree from the University of Washington (UW) in 2008. She also has a Bachelor's degree in psychology from the UW (2006). Megan is trained in the S.O.S. Approach to Feeding, and PECS Level 1. Megan is accepting new clients.
Kellie Krefft, MA, CCC-SLP
Clinical Supervisor/Speech-Language Pathologist
Kellie earned a Master of Arts degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Eastern Michigan University in 2013, and she also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Speech and Hearing Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She has a background in special education and has worked in specialized programs in both early childhood and autism education at the secondary level. Kellie is passionate about working closely with families and building strong relationships for better therapeutic outcomes. She jumps right in and easily builds rapport with children, families, and school teams.
Kellie has worked with a wide range of ages and populations, including children with ASD, apraxia of speech, Down Syndrome, developmental delays, and a variety of other diagnoses and challenges. She is trained in Applied Verbal Behavior, Level I PROMPT, PECS, and has extensive experience working with AAC users. Kellie provides clinical leadership to our amazing team. She’s also a member of our feeding team, recently attending the Beckman Oral Motor conference in Texas (2019).
chase lane, MOT, OTR/L
Chase has practiced pediatric occupational therapy in the outpatient setting since graduating with her Master of Occupational Therapy degree (2016) from Nova Southeastern University. She also has a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science and Health. Chase enjoys working with children with a variety of diagnoses including autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and feeding difficulties. In terms of advanced skills, Chase has training in the S.O.S. Approach to Feeding , DIR/Floortime for social-emotional development, Therapeutic Listening, self-regulation curriculums, Superflex, and sensory processing. Chase works collaboratively on our team, including our feeding team. She is passionate about providing family-centered, play-based therapy to help children reach their highest potential, and is accepting new clients.
Shelley O'Donnell, MS, OTR/L
Shelley leads the outstanding Seattle Therapy - Skills for Life team, offering the highest quality care and going the extra mile for children and families. Shelley specializes in the areas of sensory processing, emotion regulation, parent-child interactions, challenging behaviors, and social participation.
Shelley completed her BS in Occupational Therapy at the University of Washington (1994). With 25+ years of diverse OT experience from acute care neurology/neurosurgery at Harborview Medical Center to school-based pediatric therapy in Connecticut to bringing OT services to the UW Autism Center in 2001, Shelley opened Seattle Therapy - Skills for Life in 2010. During her school-based experiences in several Connecticut school districts and the Connecticut College Children's Program, Shelley's passion grew for helping all children and teens to succeed in their educational program. In particular, Shelley became an advocate for students whose behaviors were misunderstood due to social-emotional challenges and/or sensory differences. Providing hope and understanding to children and parents has been her professional mission. Shelley completed a post-professional master’s of science degree in Rehabilitation Medicine in 2007 at the UW, completing her thesis, Sensory Processing and Adaptive Behavior in Children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Shelley is trained to administer the Screening Tool for Autism in Toddlers and Young Children (STAT), and has attended numerous courses, such as the DIR/Floortime Approach, Handwriting Without Tears, How Does Your Engine Run, Hanschu’s Ready Approach (sensory processing), NCAST, Promoting First Relationships, and the Sequential Oral Sensory (S.O.S.) Approach to Feeding. Shelley is a member of the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) and the Washington Occupational Therapy Association. Shelley attended the 2018 AOTA Conference in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Shelley proudly holds a clinical faculty appointment with the UW Department of Rehabilitation Medicine. She enjoys staying involved with the University of Washington programs, guest lecturing, and offering training or volunteer experiences to MOT or aspiring OT students. Shelley presents on topics such as the role of OT, and sensory processing and motor challenges in children with autism spectrum disorder. Shelley has also served as a member on the advisory council for the American Occupational Therapy Association Developmental Disabilities Special Interest Section. Shelley is currently attending the SBA Emerging Leaders program.

Cin-shuan Cynthia Ting, MS, OTR/L
Cynthia graduated from Pomona College with a BS in Neuroscience and a minor in Asian American Studies in 2007. Cynthia graduated from San Jose State University with a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy in 2016. She completed an internship at Shriners Hospitals for Children in Sacramento, CA where she assessed and provided treatment for acute inpatient and outpatient, pediatric rehab patients, ages 2-20 years old. Cynthia has an aptitude for leadership. She received the Outstanding Student Award (2015) from the OT Association of California. Prior to that, Cynthia led a Varsity Girls Basketball team from Lynbrook High School to a championship in 2013-2014, and was awarded the Central Coast Section Coach of the Year (2012-2013).
Cynthia has worked in outpatient pediatrics since 2016, collaborating with speech therapists, physical therapists, teachers, and ABA providers. She is trained in the S.O.S Approach to Feeding, the Alert Program, Handwriting Without Tears, and most recently - dynamic and postural reflex integration (2019). Cynthia works with children of all ages with developmental delays, ASD, ADHD, sensory processing differences, and feeding challenges. Cynthia is an exceptional clinician, one who develops rapport quickly with children and families. She joined our team in 2017.
Kimberly Wronkiewicz, MS, ccc-SLP
Kim earned her Master of Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Washington State University (WSU) in 2018. She also earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Disorders and English Literature from Truman State University. Kim has been involved with autism in a variety of ways, having worked in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and as a research assistant in studies involving children with autism at WSU, She has worked in outpatient pediatrics and cares about incorporating a child’s natural interests into the therapy session. Additionally, she has experience collaborating with OTs, ABA therapists, teachers, and psychologists.
Kim works with children affected by autism, apraxia of speech, dyslexia, specific language impairments, ADHD, stuttering, and auditory processing disorder. She’s also ready to support children using augmentative and alternative communication (AAC). Kim is trained in the clinical use the Autism Diagnostic Observation Scale - 2 (ADOS). She is accepting new clients.
