Our Dream Team

I often refer to my colleagues as the Dream Team, and it’s easy to see why.
Have you met our team?!

We show up for each other every day, guided by shared values, collaboration, and dedication to high-quality care. Our therapists go the extra mile for children and families—whether that’s providing support in IEP meetings, celebrating joyful milestones, or walking alongside families during times of challenge in the clinic and at home.

Our team has been strengthened by the long-time commitment of employees such as Megan Eastman, Sara Sciarrino, Jennifer Wright, Jeannie Liberatore, and Amber Glantz. At Seattle Therapy – Skills for Life, we’ve always placed our employees at the heart of our mission. As a female-led company, I strive to connect personally with every team member and to provide them with the learning opportunities that bolster their work and relationships in our one-of-a-kind therapy center. Unlike many outpatient organizations that only compensate for direct patient care time, we pay for full work schedules (e.g., 40 hours/week), ensuring stability and fair compensation. We offer competitive wages, healthcare, paid time off, 401(k), continuing education, and ongoing mentorship and training—no matter the role or level of experience.

Working in pediatric therapy within our wraparound model of care creates meaningful opportunities to help children progress and gain skills for life—and that’s why we do this work. While our Dream Team will continue to evolve, we remain committed to supporting one another through life changes and growth.

As we look to what’s next, we feel both nostalgia and deep gratitude—for our incredible Seattle Therapy – Skills for Life® Dream Team and for our alumni whose contributions continue to shape who we are today.
