Why should we choose Seattle Therapy – Skills for Life?

Just ask our clients! Our belief  that hope begins with feeling understood guides every interaction and decision. We take the time to hear your story and your goals for therapy. We move quickly to initiate services that are differentiated by bridging therapy with other environments, such as school and home, and value teaming up with other providers. The more we are communicating about and understanding children and how to support parents and their teachers, we are effectively teaching skills for life.

Will you collaborate with our other providers?

What are your COVID safety protocols?

We are a “mask optional” clinic, and our therapists will mask in session if requested by the client. In the event of a COVID positive case or exposure, clients and caregivers/family are required to mask in our office per the specifications of our COVID policy guided by the CDC and King County Department of Health. Telehealth and/or indirect care options are also available for clients who are COVID positive unable to attend in-person sessions in our office. Please inquire with our administrative team for more information.
